1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at https://floridagreenpestcontrol.com and scheduling services with Florida Green Pest Control Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local Florida laws.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
Florida Green Pest Control Services provides residential, commercial, and industrial pest management, termite protection, exclusion, and attic sanitization services. Our services are conducted in accordance with modern Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) guidelines.
Pest eradication requires the customer to comply with sanitation and preparation recommendations provided by our technicians. Failure to maintain recommended sanitation levels or complete structural preparation may limit the effectiveness of treatments and void service warranties.
3. Warranties and Guarantees
Our services include specific guarantees which vary depending on the chosen service program:
- Standard Pest Guarantee: If pests return between scheduled quarterly or monthly visits, we will retreat your property at no additional cost.
- Termite Warranties: Qualifying termite protection contracts include retreatment warranties, subject to annual inspections and agreement renewals.
- Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by pests unless explicitly stated in a written termite damage protection contract.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been established. Recurring protection plans are billed automatically according to the agreed-upon cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Late payments may result in the suspension of recurring service visits and warranty coverage.
5. Cancellation Policy
Recurring service agreements may be canceled by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled service date. If an agreement is canceled prior to the completion of the initial contract term, early termination fees may apply as detailed in your specific service agreement contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Florida Green Pest Control Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the performance of our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
